"Honestly I am not sure we would have been able to pull off our wedding without Nikki from Mountain Thyme Events. She was an indispensable part of our day, and there was absolutely no way we could’ve done it without her. We found Nikki on Instagram and reached out in a panic when it became clear our original wedding wouldn’t be able to happen because of COVID. We were about 3 months out from the date, and Nikki was so calm and prepared that we were instantly at ease. In those 3 months, Nikki and I communicated more than my original planner and I had in over a year. We were constantly on the phone, emailing, and texting as things came up or she had other vendor suggestions for us. She helped us find catering, our musician, the ceremony site (and another one two days before the wedding when that one closed), and helped set up our lodging before the guests arrived. She was our rock, and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding an incredible experience. She went grocery shopping to make sure the house was stocked with food, set up floral arrangements throughout the house, served a seated dinner during the reception, and broke everything down so we truly didn’t worry about a thing.
