Ever wondered who the team behind the pretty Instagram pics and dreamy Pinterest boards is? Wonder no more, because we recently did a photoshoot to prove that we’re not all work and no play.
As you might already know, our day job (can you even call having this much fun a job?!) involves all marketing aspects of the Tahoe wedding industry. But did you know that we’re an all-women team? Or that our team mainly consists of Tahoe residents, except for a long-distance relationship with a Tennessean (yup, we know our way around a Zoom call by now)? So without further ado, here are more fun facts about the people who live and breathe the Big Blue.

Winter – Red Dog Ridge on a powder day. Summer – the middle of the lake.
What is one thing that surprised you about working at Tahoe Unveiled?
The power of community and how we can all elevate each other.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
The Real Housewives.
What do you do when no one else is around?
If not playing with my kids, I love running, mountain biking, skiing, or enjoying a barre or yoga class.
Which celeb would you want as your BFF and why?
The kid in me definitely says Julia Roberts for sure! I don’t have any good reason other than she has been my all-time fave ever since I watched My Best Friend’s Wedding on repeat as a little girl.

What is your favorite Lake Tahoe spot?
I haven’t been to Lake Tahoe, but it’s high on my bucket list.
What is one thing that surprised you about working at Tahoe Unveiled?
I’m surprised at how much fun I am having; it doesn’t feel like I’m working.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
My husband and I are Buffalo Wild Wings addicts, and we sometimes go there twice a week. And I wouldn’t want it any other way!
What do you do when no one else is around?
Seeing that I now live near Nashville, I started listening to country music. Sometimes I shamelessly throw in a dance move or two.
Which celeb would you want as your BFF and why?
Without a doubt, Rachel McAdams. I’ve been a fan since watching The Notebook, and I think we’ll hit it off from the get-go. We’re already besties in my head.

What is your favorite Lake Tahoe spot?
My favorite Tahoe spot is a tie between snow skiing at Alpine Meadows and water skiing on Donner Lake. It’s hard to pick between the two spots!
What is one thing that surprised you about working at Tahoe Unveiled?
Not exactly surprised, but constantly impressed with how talented the Tahoe wedding community is!
What’s your guilty pleasure?
Reality TV! Mainly Bravo, and I can’t help it, I love it!
What do you do when no one else is around?
Not much. I don’t have much free time with a toddler, but I love to read and get outside and enjoy Tahoe if I do. Also, folding laundry is way easier when no one else is around!
Which celeb would you want as your BFF and why?
I would have to say either Jennifer Garner or Reese Witherspoon! They both seem so sweet and lots of fun to be around.

Summer – on a boat in the middle of the lake with the music up! Winter – Granite Chief on a powder day!
What is one thing that surprised you about working at Tahoe Unveiled?
Working with smart and funny women that inspire and make me laugh is the bee’s knees. Additionally, the wedding industry is constantly evolving, and the variety of work is so broad. I am excited by the opportunities for growth, design and working with our wonderful community of vendors is very rewarding.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
Oh, dear. Here is where I admit that I love Bravo TV shows.
What do you do when no one else is around?
Pamper myself, of course, with a little visit to Spa De Lucy. Steam shower, masks, manicure, eyebrow tweaking, and perhaps a white claw or glass of white wine.
Which celeb would you want as your BFF and why?
Whitney Wolfe Herd for business advice. Amy Poehler for the giggles.

What is your favorite Lake Tahoe spot?
This is a hard question because every spot in Tahoe is amazing! Ultimately anywhere by water, Donner Lake, Lake Tahoe, Truckee River. I could be either seen with a good book laying out, tubing down the river, paddling on the water with friends, or hiking Donner summit with my Aussie Arthur to take in the rich views.
What is one thing that surprised you about working at Tahoe Unveiled?
The ladies who work at Tahoe Unveiled are amazing, caring, and hardworking. I love being a part of a powerhouse of strong and inspiring women. We all strive for the company to be successful, and no one is competing against each other but supporting one another.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
A spa day at a bougie resort! Or Taco Bell with lots of nacho cheese.
What do you do when no one else is around?
Taking off on solo adventures, hiking, paddling, or biking, often with my dog. OR cuddling up with Arthur, my dog, and Merlin, my cat on the couch – either working on my laptop, reading a good thriller book, or binging crummy TV. Occasionally I will work on a fun art project.
Which celeb would you want as your BFF and why?
Dave Chappelle – I love being around people who can make me laugh and don’t take themselves too seriously. This dude is hilarious, and I enjoy his humor around politics.

Lake Estelle – in the early summer when the wildflowers are blooming!
What is one thing that surprised you about working at Tahoe Unveiled?
The teamwork and creativity that goes into every picture, post, photo shoot, or event. People are so hardworking and creative, and it is really cool to see and be a part of what people create.
What’s your guilty pleasure?
The Bachelor or The Bachelorette! I am obsessed.
What do you do when no one else is around?
When I am not doing homework (I am currently a full-time student), I love snow skiing, mountain biking, and water skiing. Also, backpacking in desolation wilderness.
Which celeb would you want as your BFF and why?
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. I love them, and I genuinely think we would all be great friends.
