We are advocates of locally-sourced ingredients, recycling, and minimal waste. Since 1998, we have been passionately pursuing the best food and service for our clients from simple party trays and casual barbecues to private chefs dinners, cocktail parties, and elegant lakeside weddings. Our chefs stay on top of the latest culinary trends and blend them well with the classics. You can use an existing menu or we will design to your tastes and budget. We are happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other special diet requirements.
