Valhalla couldn’t have been a more perfect wedding venue for Sara and David. Sara, the bride, grew up in South Lake Tahoe and Valhalla has always been a very special place to her. Ever since she was young, she would sing at Valhalla in her elementary school choir and she would go to all the art shows/concerts in the boathouse in the summers. When her and David went on their first date, she took him for a walk on the pier at Valhalla…in the snow.
From the bride: It was a special place to celebrate with our family and friends. The photographers (You) captured the day among breathtaking trees and mountains with a warm light that makes us feel we are still there when we look at the pictures. Katie and the crew at Thran’s made these lush wildflower bouquets, and added tons of greenery and candles that made the Grand Hall so romantic. Butter and Salt made the most amazing fried chicken we have ever had (and our guests agreed). Don made our scrumptious cake that we continued to eat the next day, and the day after that. All of our Vendors were so talented and made things run so smoothly.
