We are excited to announce that Tahoe Unveiled vendor, The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe, has a new lakefront wedding venue. The Lake Club is the perfect setting for intimate wedding ceremonies and events year-round. The stunning lakefront property, which opened in June 2017, adds another unique venue to an exceptional event space repertoire already in place at the resort’s mountainside property.

Combining stylish elegance with fun and functionality, the multi-level Lake Club features amenities that include an indoor gathering area and bar, a ground-floor dining terrace, an upper-level dining deck, a private boat dock, and an expansive lawn extending to the water’s edge. Designed by Tahoe City-based Walton Architecture + Engineering (Walton AE), Lake Club was meticulously designed to fully optimize its unprecedented proximity to the water’s edge. Artful use of natural materials such as ledgestone and cedar wood provides a warm, welcoming and sophisticated counterbalance to the clean, contemporary lines of the steel and glass structure. Floor-to-ceiling windows on all sides allow arriving guests a stunning preview of the breathtaking views that await before they even enter the front door.
Summer Season (mid-June to mid-October)
During the peak season, Lake Club will be available in the evenings for intimate ceremonies and cocktail receptions (90 guests maximum), which can take place on the waterfront lawn or within the indoor spaces depending on guest count. The breathtaking upper-level dining deck with unobstructed views of the lake will be available for rehearsal dinner buffets (36 guests maximum).
Winter Season (mid-October to mid-April)
During this time frame, Lake Club will be available for wedding ceremonies and cocktail receptions that can take place throughout the location, including the exterior spaces dependent on weather (90 guests maximum). Additionally, the venue can be booked for rehearsal dinner buffets and post-wedding brunches (36 guests maximum) on the upper level or interior spaces as a reception-style event.
Lake Club is available exclusively to our resort guests who reserve a minimum room block of ten rooms for the event date. Throughout the year, formal wedding dinner receptions are required to take place at the main resort following Lake Club ceremonies and events. Lake Club hours of operation are subject to seasonal changes. Lake Club, The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe is located in Tahoe Vista, CA (approximately 15-20 minutes from the resort).
