We go back and forth on wedding gifts. On one hand, why should happy newlyweds spend money on giving away gifts – isn’t the happy couple exempt because they’ve just paid for everyone’s food and entertainment for the night? On the other hand, there’s this little string of guilt that tugs at the back of our heads at the thought of eliminating a wedding favor. Everyone stopped their lives to celebrate this love – those are some dedicated guests there. And favors could be a great reminder to guests of how much fun they had at your wedding.
