Thunderstorms and Magic Lake Tahoe Wedding

Whoever said you cannot meet your soulmate on Tinder should meet Haley and Easton. This adorable couple met on tinder and knew they should be together forever!

When looking for a venue, they knew they needed to find a place that held some sentimental value. Haley and Easton had only one option in mind, his family cabin. This cabin is the same place Easton proposed to Haley, so obviously there was nowhere else to hold their wedding.

If you are a Tahoe local, you might know the unpredictable nature of Tahoe weather. Haley and Easton know first hand how crazy Tahoe weather can be. On the day of their wedding, a thunderstorm snuck up on the couple. The planner and the whole As You Wish Catering team had to break down the entire wedding, wait out the storm, then set it all back up again before the ceremony. You have to give props to the Vendor team for this wedding. While the team was waiting out the storm and strategizing, the bride and groom were able to sit and relax, they had no idea what was going on outside. It just shows how important it is to have a good team who understands Tahoe on your wedding day. With only one hour to set the entire wedding backup, Curated by Grace + White, Walnut and Main, and the As you Wish Catering team made dreams come true by making the entire wedding look perfect in under an hour.

Haley and Easton have two lovely little girls, or should I say little fairies. The girls wore fairy wings when they walked down the aisle, adding some whimsy to the ceremony. The girls definitely help make this a magical day.

Haley and Easton’s vows were so sentimental and personal that there was not a single dry eye in the audience. You could tangibly feel the love and devotion to one another. And at the end of the ceremony, they toasted their marriage with a Moscow mule.

Haley only had a few requirements for her wedding day, one of them was photos on a canoe. Haley, Easton, and the photographer got a little wet to achieve this photo. But like the rest of the wedding day, it worked out perfectly.

The party was one that should go down in history with their amazing light show and fun dancing. Haley came out for the reception in a lovely white jumpsuit, so she could dance the night away with her new husband.

Cheers to many more Moscow mules for Haley and Easton.
