An Elegant Fall Wedding at Squaw Valley's High Camp

Surrounded by beautiful fall colors and the backdrop of Squaw Valley, Chris and Trisha tied the knot in a beautiful wedding designed by One Fine Day Events. Courtney Aaron captured this special couple and the love these two share was felt by everyone present on this stunning day. PlumpJack served as a home base for this couple and their guests and the location of Chris and Trisha's first look.

Living in San Francisco, Chris and Trisha quickly fell in love with the beauty of Lake Tahoe and Squaw Valley. The weather was perfect on this beautiful fall day as Chris and Trisha's ceremony was held at Squaw Valley's Queen of the Snows Catholic Church. Love and Lupines wrapped the church with over 100 feet of beautiful garland.

After the ceremony guests headed over to the Squaw Valley aerial tram for a ride up to High Camp. Chris, who is a pilot treated guests to the in-flight entertainment on the ride up. Chris' voice came over the tram speaker with an in-flight announcement followed by a playlist hand selected by the couple.

The tram was also decorated with a custom sticker highlighting their wedding hashtag. The pilot theme carried into the reception where guests signed a classic airplane propeller for the guest book.

Departing the tram guests were greeted with a celebratory glass of champagne. They then headed to the cocktail hour that took place overlooking Squaw Valley on the outdoor deck at High Camp. Guests nibbled on appetizers and sipped on drinks named 'Top Gun', 'TailSpin' and 'Turbulence'.

Once inside, the hedge wall escort card display created by

One Fine Day Events

helped guests located their seats. The reception site was transformed into a magical evening full of stunning floral displays from

and amazing music from

Undercover Live.

Crux Events

created a light display that created a starry night on the ceiling.

Chris and Trisha snuck away during the reception to capture these stunning photos at sunset above Squaw Valley with Lake Tahoe in the distance. To celebrate their sweet love they sent their guests home with our favorite chocolate chip cookies!
