A dance floor overlooking Lake Tahoe, charcuterie boards as table runners, and dreamy florals suspended above the tables at this dreamy mountain affair? Yes, please! This wedding was UNREAL!
From the unbelievable ceremony views to the bride’s dress (swoon!) we’re loving everything about Nick and Leslie’s summer wedding from One Fine Day Events. The entire reception felt like a dream to us. Candles hung above tables, creating the most romantic vibe, an incredible pier that led to sunset photos of the couple we will be dreaming about for years, and did we mention the couple’s adorable dog?
The wedding took place at not one, but two neighboring estates with guests walking next door to the reception where a pig roasting greeted them in a traditional pit as they walked into the reception. How unique is that?!
Speaking of unique, the bride also owned a food company called Bitty Foods that used cricket flour (protein from crickets). The couple knew they had to incorporate this in their wedding, so they included ‘Chiridos’ in the gift bags, and the chef at the post-wedding brunch used the cricket flour in banana bread and pastries.
With gourmet s’ mores for dessert, a cocktail hour flash mob, and music that kept the party going late into the night (sign us up), this one has us wishing we could turn back the clock and get an invite to this bash.
