When we want to dish on the styles and trends for the coming wedding season, we never have to look much further than our own very talented Lake Tahoe wedding vendors. When it comes to wedding flowers, floral artist extraordinaire Brandie Chisholm of B&B Designs says she is noticing an increasing trend towards blooms and blossoms in bright, vibrant colors. “I want it to look ‘happy'” is something she is hearing more and more from her 2019 brides.
We love the way Brandie incorporated color in these three weddings, letting the Lake Tahoe forest serve as a backdrop for bright pops of pink, yellow, orange, red, and even lime green (hellebore boutonnieres!). Of course, neutral palettes will continue to appear this season too but if you are feeling like color will help set a joyful mood for your day, all signs point toward going bold!
