MIRA Events was looking for a winter scene to set up a cozy frozen pines themed shoot and the Red Lakes area of South Lake Tahoe was the perfect setting. A frequent visitor to to the area, photographer Courtney Aaron thought this would be the perfect setting as it combined the beautiful ice textures along the shore with a trailhead ceremony site nearby. Along with the signature whimsical floral designs of Twine & Dandy, tree bark place cards and calligraphy by Menakshee Designs, the details pulled this cozy, styled vision together. Brought to life by a newlywed couple still riding on cloud nine from their recent wedding, the bride wore a WTOO gown from Swoon Bridal while staying warm in a vintage fur and the groom mixed in another winter texture with his velvet jacket.
