Lake Tahoe holds a special place in Chicago couple Colin and Andrea’s hearts. Andrea’s parents live here, so they decided to plan a wedding that would introduce the groom’s side to the beauty of Tahoe and the surrounding areas.
Their wedding weekend kicked off with an intimate rehearsal dinner at a rustic King’s Beach restaurant called, The Soule Domain. Andrea got ready at her parents’ home in Incline Village the next day. “Her mother mentioned to me that the home was once owned by members of the band Creedence Clearwater Revival. So I made sure to snap a photo of the CCR memorabilia on the walls,” wedding photographer Jordan Katz recalled. And just when you think it can’t get any more perfect, the couple tied the knot in an elegant yet charming ceremony on a golf course at The Chateau. Think spectacular mountains views overlooking a scenic green. This was followed by a gorgeous party with cocktails on the deck, a scrumptious dinner, and dancing in the reception hall.
