Today we have a beautiful wintery wedding with stunning views of Squaw Valley USA
in the background. Held at PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn
, a featured vendor on Tahoe Unveiled
, the ceremony looked like a real life snow globe with snow falling lightly from the sky. All the while the wedding party and guests braved the frigid temperatures to witness a beautiful commencement of love. Thereafter the guests warmed up with delicious cocktails and tasty treats inside the cozy doors of PlumpJack!
As told by Tiffiney Lozano, PlumpJack SVI Event’s Coordinator -
"Despite chilling winds gusting off the tram face, and snow flurries circling over PlumpJack, our November 5th
bride had her heart set on an outdoor wedding. The thermometer read 27 degrees as our maintenance department headed outside to blow off the 6 inches of snow that had already accumulated on the ceremony site and line the perimeter with heat lamps to keep the guests cozy throughout the ceremony.
A single streak of sunlight broke through the yellow aspens as Ava’s father led her down the aisle. Snow falling lightly from the sky, the ceremony site looked like a real life snow globe. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Setzer—We wish you plenty more adventures together!"
