Simply put, the gown collection at Swoon is created for fashion-savvy brides who want style, elegance, and sophistication in their dress choices.
The Swoon shopping experience is personal, approachable, hip, helpful, and refreshingly glamorous.
Finding you the right dress starts with surrounding you with incredible options. We focus on building a well-edited, diverse (from beach to ballroom), and downright fabulous collection of dresses. We believe in making thoughtful choices and every wedding gown, every bridesmaid gown, and every accessory that we carry must be “Swoon-worthy.”
Swoon is Reno/Tahoe’s first and only modern and cosmopolitan bridal salon created with a fierce love of fashion and a passion for beautiful things by San Francisco bridal veteran Michelle Depoali.
At Swoon, we present brides with wedding gowns from designers you may know—Melissa Sweet, Monique Lhuillier, Nicole Miller—and designers you will want to know, including Amy Kuschel, Modern Trousseau, and Augusta Jones. Our maids collection includes stylish little frocks by Vera Wang, Jim Hjelm, Jenny Yoo, and Priscilla of Boston. We also specialize in brilliant baubles and statement hair pieces to help our brides style a flawless look from head to toe.
A wedding dress is a very personal thing…We want you to find a dress that hasn’t been done a million times before. We want you to find a dress that is you. We want you to swoon.

Swoon Listed in Lucky Magazine’s Black Book of Cool Bridal Boutiques!
We are thrilled to report that Swoon is in Lucky Magazine’s Black Book in the April issue on a list of twelve “cool bridal boutiques” from around the country. We are pleased as punch to be recognized by people who know fashion and know shopping.
It’s pretty wonderful to look at the list and see New York, Atlanta, Denver, San Francisco, Portland…and then RENO! We are proud that we have created a big city store and experience in the biggest little city. Hooray, Swoon! Hooray, Reno!
