With backgrounds in catering sales and corporate event production, we have established relationships with the most reputable vendors in California. Our goal is to help build a solid, creative team to work with your budget and style.
Our primary focus is on design and we work with our clients to form and solidify the style of the wedding. We determine the most important elements and then set out to bring you samples, set up appointments, and steer you in the right direction.
With landscaping, table layout, floor plan, specialty rentals and props, and custom designed invitations, we help you bring together the venue and your desired style, modern to classic.
Vendor relationships are important and we shorten your research time and steer you in the direction that works with your budget. We review contracts with you and work closely with the vendors with regard to timing and expectation.
Throughout the planning, we create a detailed time-line of events so that on the day of the wedding, potential problems have already been eliminated. We are the liaison for all your vendors, venue load-in to load-out, and we keep the flow of the event at an up-tempo level throughout the evening.
