Speaking of engagement shoots – today we have a super cute engagement shoot that took place by Fallen Leaf Lake on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe. This adorable couple’s shots were captured by our awesome photographer team Melina Wallisch Photography!

Sadaf and Phil are from the Bay Area and chose Tahoe for their beautiful nature inspired engagement session. We envisioned golden meadows and beautiful light so we headed out to a rustic little church near Fallen Leaf Lake. I love the personal treasures they brought with them like the chalkboard sign they picked up on their travels. And how sweet are Sadaf’s cowboy boots?! It was a perfect day and we ventured over to the waterfalls… a golden meadow… and ended with a gorgeous sunset on the beach. An evening filled with sweet romance and magic light, a photographer couldn’t ask for more. :)
