A few of his favorites are The Minted Elderflower Gimlet misted with Absinthe, The Lavender Cucumber Collins misted with rhubarb, The Blood Orange Honey Sidecar, The Kiwi Honey Champagne Cocktail, and The Honey Rhubarb Julep. He also loves to mist cocktails with an additional element like Absinthe, bitters, or essential oils. The act of misting is the perfect moment to connect with the guest and tell them what’s going on with the cocktail.
