If you decide to invite kids to your wedding be sure to consider how they will handle a quiet ceremony, a 2-3 hour dinner, and a late night! The key is to provide them with entertainment…or they will be the entertainment! We searched around to find a few pretty, crafty, & clever ideas to spice up the fun table!
Top Row: Of course, we turned to Martha Stewart Weddings for the ultimate crafty ensembles! Wicker ottomans serve as kid’s chairs, while construction paper, organic pencils, and ruby red apples provide decor and fun little tools!
Top right and bottom right: Kate Parker Weddings (images top and bottom right) has created a few party treats for kids including these two crayola and candy sassy duo!
Middle Row: Ahhh a Paper Source cardboard lunch box. These are the ultimate flashbacks to elementary school. These little boxes of fun are oozing with playdough, crayons, stickers, and personalized treats. Courtesy of Kate Headley Photography and Martha Stewart Weddings. Pair this fabulous box with donuts and chocolate milk and the kids will be like Charlie in the Chocolate Factory!
Bottom Row: Courtesy of Brian Dorsey Studio & The Knot, mini furniture located near the adult tables offers kids a comfortable place to eat and play!
The image below is a particular favorite from a recent One Fine Day wedding! Bellissima Floral gave these lucky kids chocolate, candy, coloring books, snow flakes, pretend snow, chocolate covered pretzels, and so much more. They were the happiest guests at the wedding!
