Everyone loves gold – it looks great on pretty much everybody and lends a rich, lustrous tone to any event. Gold is especially powerful when paired with farm tables or in a room with lots of dark wood. Try incorporating gold touches to the holiday table within the candle holders, chargers, and flower vases. We used a lot of mercury glass in this inspiration board (which I just love!) – this treatment to glass containers is very popular right now and is easy to find at home and craft stores! If you collect a variety of vessels and candle holders in different shapes and heights, it will provide a great dimension to your dinner table!
