Alpine Meadows
Located on Hwy. 89 in North Lake Tahoe, Alpine Meadows is an awesome mountain with some of the most diverse terrain around. Whether you are a beginner or pro, you are sure to find what you’re looking for on the hill! Alpine Meadows was also just recently acquired by Squaw Valley U.S.A. and many changes around both mountain resorts are sure to bring exciting and fun options for all!

Squaw Valley
Home to the 1960 Winter Olympics, Squaw Valley is one of the most advanced mountains around for terrain and technical skiing. They have also just agreed to put over $50 million dollars in renovations around the village and on the hill so look for many exciting changes to come!

Homewood
Known as a “locals” mountain, Homewood is a quiet, family-oriented resort catering to many long time skiers in the area. Homewood has many runs to choose from so you’re sure to find fresh tracks on a powder day at anytime. Shhhh……local’s secret!

Northstar
Northstar has one of the best terrain parks on the lake. With many beginner to intermediate runs, Northstar is fun for the whole family!

Mt. Rose
Mt. Rose is excellent for both Tahoe and Reno visitors alike for it’s proximity to both locations. Mt. Rose also has awesome snowmobiling in the backcountry!

Sugar Bowl
From steep shoots to gentle groomer runs, you can find any and everything you’re looking for at Sugarbowl! They also have six quad chairs serving four different peaks so long lines are out of the question.

Heavenly
Bordering both CA & NV, Heavenly is a huge mountain resort home to many restaurants and off-hill activities. Be sure to take the Gondola up to the top for hot chocolate and an incredible view of the lake!

Sierra at Tahoe
Nestled just South of Tahoe on Hwy. 50, Sierra at Tahoe is a great mountain range for beginner and intermediate skiers with many family friendly activities to entertain everyone off the hill.
